Every node gets an owner badge. The ones still owned by you turn red. This is usually the moment the room goes quiet.

Red where it lives in someone's head with no SOP. Green where it's documented well enough to run without the person currently doing it.

Every branch gets rated on whether AI is actually being used, could be used, or would be pointless until the underlying process exists.

The Business X-Ray. We map the whole business on one page, score it, and put the problems in order. Ninety minutes, $250.

Phase 2 — the core work

Build

We build your company operating system — organized, systemized, delegated, automated. Most founders do it 1-on-1 with me (capped at 10 clients). If you'd rather not build at all, my team can do it for you — a serious investment. Prefer self-serve? There's a private self-paced course for X-Ray clients.

Phase 3 — past your own capacity

Scale

With the OS running, you scale beyond yourself: a seat in the Operator Circle — six founders at your level reviewing each other's business every single week — or a fractional integrator, placed and managed by us, to run operations so you don't.

Reserved for founders who've built their OS.

Plenty of people take the map from phase one and run with it themselves. That's a real outcome, not a consolation prize.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

No — it's 90 minutes of actual work, and you keep everything we build. At the end I'll tell you what I think you should do next. Sometimes that's working with me. Often it's a list you can go and do yourself.

What do I need to prepare?

Nothing. You'll answer some questions after you book so I can arrive prepared, but the mapping happens live, together. Bring your business, not a document.

Why only five a week?

Each one needs preparation before and a written report after. Five is what fits without the quality dropping.

What if my business is a mess?

Then you're exactly who this is for. A tidy business doesn't need an X-Ray.
